Acquire the skills to make immediate changes to the way you move and live that will strengthen your body and reduce your risk of falls. As a boomer, she has learned firsthand, the need to make well-chosen modifications to her workouts and daily activities in order to remain healthy, pain-free and meet the needs of her 2 active teens.
